Donations and Requests for Gift Cards

To support our community, Sweet Frog Huntsville Huntsville, Huntsville, Madison, Enfield, Colchester, and Avon provide Gift Cards as donations for non-profit organizations to be used to raise money or provide a reward of some type.  Our Gift Cards are provided in $10.00 increments.

It is the policy of Sweet Frog Huntsville to give away no more than $100 per store, per month in Gift Cards.  Gift Cards are provided via an approval process.  Plesea complete the form below and your address.  We will contact you only if your Charity has been approved for a Gift Card Donation.
